DESCRIPTION
Westwinds High Country Retirement Residence will offer affordable retirement living for low- and modest-income seniors in the Foothills region. The residence features Westwind's exceptional all-inclusive hospitality services, providing seniors, and adults 45+ with disabilities, a safe, dignified, and supportive environment with beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains to the west. When fully developed, the site will form a true aging-in-place community, complementing the adjacent hospital and long-term care centre. Future phases will include assisted living services and townhomes to support residents as their needs change. The project includes a 50-unit affordable retirement residence, comprising 41 studio suites and 9 one-bedroom suites, along with a full array of amenities such as a dining room, lounges, social room, library, media room, scooter storage, and workshop. The residence is ideally situated on the ridge in Diamond Valley, offering both comfort and community connection.
