Every year, WoodGreen Community Services supports more than 40,000 Toronto residents by providing services that help individuals and families thrive. As one of Toronto’s largest social service agencies, WoodGreen removes barriers, empowers communities, and works with clients and partners to improve social service delivery. Services include affordable housing support, physical and mental health care, seniors’ programs, employment and financial counselling, child care, youth services, settlement support for newcomers, and programs for neurodiverse individuals and single mothers.
