Wesley is dedicated to supporting Hamilton’s most vulnerable residents, focusing on individuals and families facing poverty, homelessness and barriers in their community. Since 1955, we have provided practical assistance through a range of social services including housing and homelessness services, children, youth and family programs, supports for newcomers and employment services. Wesley's vision is to create a community where every member is empowered through inclusivity and equity. We do this by collaborating with community partners, mobilizing resources and creating innovative programs and services that transform people's lives.
