Verdance (VDC) is an Ottawa-based non-profit with a mission to improve the quality of life of Ontarians in the most need through the improvement of access to housing, education, health, work, play, and other opportunities. For more than two years, we have been supporting affordable housing development across Southern Ontario, primarily through offering pro-bono management consulting to other non-profit organizations. To date, we've worked on projects that have cumulatively supported development of 105 units of affordable housing in Ottawa and Toronto.
