The Saskatoon Open Door Society (SODS) is a non-profit settlement organization that supports immigrants and refugees to build successful lives in Saskatoon. Our mission is to foster belonging, independence, and community engagement through services that promote social inclusion, economic participation, and cultural understanding. Each year we serve thousands of newcomers, including refugees, immigrant families, youth, women, seniors, and internationally trained workers. Our programs span language training, employment, childcare, youth and family services, women’s entrepreneurship, community connection, and research. We operate primarily in Saskatoon and surrounding region. SODS is actively seeking partnerships with governments, community agencies, employers, educational institutions, and private sector contributors to expand housing, employment, and community integration outcomes for newcomers.
