Operation Come Home works to help youth in the homelessness system, providing them with support to end their experiences with homelessness and achieve long-term goals. To do so, the organization operates a youth hub in Ottawa that provides counselling support, housing, drop-in Resouce Centre services, employment support, and education help through our onsite school. Since 2022 the organization has operated HousingWorks, a program that rents scattered apartment units from local private-sector landlords, and sublets these to youth. In total 752 youth visited Operation Come Home in 2025. A total of 183 youth are residents in our HousingWorks program.
