Madison Community Services is a Toronto-based non-profit delivering supportive housing and mental health case management to over 500 individuals annually across congregate, partner, and private market housing. Using Housing First, trauma-informed, and harm reduction approaches, Madison supports individuals experiencing homelessness and complex needs. The organization works in close partnership with the City of Toronto, healthcare providers, and community agencies to deliver coordinated, client-centered supports. Madison is actively expanding its housing portfolio and seeking development and funding partnerships to increase access to affordable and supportive housing.
