

DESCRIPTION
Oak House will provide six deeply affordable, fully accessible rental units within two interconnected condo suites. This design responds to the needs and hopes of adults with disabilities supported by L'Arche, both those who are aging and younger people seeking smaller, quieter settings. Slated for occupancy in 2026, Oak House is designed with a 99+ year horizon, ensuring a welcoming home for generations to come.
