DESCRIPTION
CCOC is a non-profit housing provider in Ottawa. CCOC serves low- and-moderate income households across Ottawa's urban neighbourhoods. In 2023, a fire damaged CCOC's former 32-unit apartment building at this location beyond repair. All tenants were rehoused elsewhere, and the remnants of the previous building were demolished. CCOC is proposing to redevelop the site as a 6-storey, non-combustible, Net Zero Ready building with 64 new affordable homes. The project includes a mix of unit types at different rental rates, built to universal accessibility standard.
